She has twenty years post graduate experience which includes experience in drug safety, clinical research and public health. She is involved in safety strategy, signal management, benefit-risk activities, labelling, audits and inspections and regulatory interactions.
She has practiced medicine in the areas of general/internal medicine and paediatrics.
She joined PrimeVigilance in 2013 and successfully rose through the ranks.
Bunmi had her medical education at the University College Hospital, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She holds postgraduate qualifications in public health (Master of Public Health – University of Liverpool, UK), pharmacovigilance (Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmacovigilance – University of Hertfordshire, UK) and management (Certificate, MBA Essentials – London School of Economics and Political Science, UK).
